From 10th November 2025 you can apply online for your child’s Primary (Reception).

All mid-year applications should be made with the Essex County Council here.

You must submit an application by the national closing date of 15th January 2026. Applications received after this date are considered late and will reduce your chance of being offered a place at your preferred schools.

Admission Policy

There is no guarantee of a place for children living in the priority area. In the event of over subscription, places will be allocated using the following criteria in the order given.
1. Looked after children and previously looked after children
(as defined in the Primary Education in Essex 2025/26 booklet);
2. Children with a sibling attending the school.
3. Children living in the priority area.
4. Remaining applicants.
